We want FocusMVP to genuinely save you time. If it isn't working for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial paid subscription purchase or renewal. Within that window you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

Free trial

Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all FocusMVP purchases. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Contact our support team through focusmvp.app.

Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the refund window

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods outside the 30-day window. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
